In this document, "joya9apps", "we", "our" refers to the joya9apps platform and its operating entity. "User", "you", "your" refers to any person registered on or using our platform.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 for each method.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Each deposit must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Making deposits using a third-party payment method is strictly prohibited.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.

• New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
• The combined total of the bonus and deposit must be wagered 15 times.
• Withdrawals directly from a bonus cannot be made without completing the wagering requirement.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time after accepting a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, joya9apps reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• joya9apps reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

5.3 Cashback and VIP Benefits

Weekly cashback is provided under joya9apps's 5-tier VIP program: Bronze — up to 0.3%, Silver — up to 0.6%, Gold — up to 0.9%, Platinum — up to 1.2%, Diamond — up to 1.5%. VIP tier cashback is also subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.

6.1 Placing Bets

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a bet is not completed due to a technical error or network issue, it will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• Each game or betting event may have its own limits and rules.
• joya9apps reserves the right to set or change the maximum bet limit per individual or per situation.

6.2 Game Results and Disputes

• All game results are determined by an impartial Random Number Generator (RNG).
• Cricket and other sports betting results depend on internationally recognized scoring and data providers.
• If you have any dispute or complaint, contact the support team — every complaint will be properly investigated.
• The final decision of joya9apps is binding.

6.3 Technical Issues

joya9apps is not responsible for service disruptions caused by server downtime, network outages, or other technical reasons. However, in such situations we will endeavor to provide a fair resolution.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the joya9apps platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure and legal action.

• Operating an account on behalf of or for use by minors.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Coordinated betting activity aimed at abusing bonus benefits ("bonus hunting").
• Any attempt to manipulate or hack the platform's software.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to harass, defraud, or harm other users.
• Creating an account or completing the verification process using a false identity or documents.

joya9apps is an entertainment platform. joya9apps bears no financial or legal responsibility for the following.

8.1 Service Availability

• Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances.

10.2 Account Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. If the conditions of any active bonus have not been met before closure, that bonus will be forfeited; however, any deposited funds will be refundable.
